Prem is a seasoned professional techie with a passion for learning about technology trends and experimenting with them. He is a software developer with vast experience in developing code snippets to solve day-to-day problems across various industrial domains. He is proficient in working in all types of work models and environments, as the pandemic has taught him to do his job in all conditions. Currently, Prem is working as a DevOps II in the Alexa Data Services Team at Amazon. He is handling the platform for ML Data associates who train the Alexa AI. He is involved in the design, development, and support of the Alexa platform used by various customers in all verticals. He is also developing an Interactive Labelling & Annotations Modelling platform using Reactjs, Python, and Java for Alexa. Prem has depth knowledge of using Python with AWS services like Lambda, cloud watch, S3, EC2, and ELB. In the past, Prem has worked as a Customer Sales Representative in the Computer Applications department at Reliance Mart - India. He was responsible for selling windows & android mobiles to customers. He has also worked as a Technology Analyst at Infosys, where he was involved in requirements gathering from different business teams. He designed solutions for inventory management and orchestrating software patches installations across Hierarchal Environments of VMs situated on V-Centers. He designed the Sequence Flow using Visio & Database models and created a generic library to interact Jenkins Data APIs from Python scripts. Prem has a Postgraduate Degree in Mobile Solutions from Conestoga College. He also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from KL University, an Intermediate degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from NRI Careers, and a Secondary Education degree in General Studies from Bhashyam Educational Institutions.
